Made from repurposed Vietnam War era bombs, plane parts, military hardware and other aluminum scrap left in Laos, the stunning Solar Hoop Earrings are a conversation starter in themselves. As part of the “Buy Back The Bombs” movement, the metal is melted and cast by hand to turn war into love. These unique and lightweight earrings enables the clean up of 6-14 square-meters of bomb-littered land in Laos, and the recycling of littered bombs turning them into beautiful jewelry.

These earrings does not need to be removed in water. Metal does not tarnish, rust or leave discoloration on skin and has been tested to determine that it is nickel free.
