Eco Building: A Follow Up with Gone Rural!
Do you remember our post last month about Gone Rural's eco-buliding project? Our artisan partner, Gone Rural, worked with the people of the Emdlangwe community to construct a new community hall made of eco-mud bricks!
The community hall was officially opened with celebrations of appreciation! The people of Emdlangwe thanked the woman who facilitated the 20-year relationship between Gone Rural and the Emdlangwe community. Watch the video below to see how the community of female artisans blessed her with songs, blankets and gifts to display their gratitude for all those whose well-beings have improved due to the relationship.
Congrats Gone Rural! Livelihoods are truly affected by the work of these organizations, and all those who partner with them. We are thrilled to see the fruits of this collective labor!
